Our reception team is available from 3:00 pm to hand over the keys to your apartment. If you plan to arrive later, please let us know in advance so we can arrange a smooth welcome without a wait.

Please vacate your apartment by 10:00 am on the day of departure.

Yes, your four-legged companions are welcome at Cosy Baveno!

To ensure a high standard of hygiene and comfort for all guests, we charge an additional fee for the specific final cleaning required.

Please tell us about your pet when booking.

Every apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette with tableware, a hob, a fridge and everything you need to prepare your own meals.

Use of the kitchenette is included for stays of five nights or more, together with a welcome kit of essential products.

For stays of fewer than five nights, guests can request kitchenette use for an additional €70, which also includes a generous welcome basket.

It depends on the rate you choose.

With the flexible rate, you can change or cancel your reservation free of charge until 12:00 noon, three days before arrival. After that deadline, or in the event of a no-show, a cancellation charge equal to two nights applies.

Promotional rates and the Smart Non-Refundable offer cannot be refunded or changed and are paid on confirmation.

Yes. Free high-speed fibre Wi-Fi covers the whole property. You can connect all your devices in your apartment, the shared areas and on the terrace.

As we are in the historic centre of Baveno, we do not have a private garage. You can, however, access the property to load and unload your luggage.

Convenient public parking, both free and paid, is available a short walk away. Our team will be happy to suggest suitable options when you arrive.

Yes. On arrival, your apartment will be clean and ready, with bed linen and a set of towels.

For longer stays, linen is changed every three days and an interim cleaning is scheduled.

If you would like additional daily cleaning or linen changes, you can request these at reception for a small extra charge.

Travel light and comfortably with the whole family.

Families are very welcome. On request and subject to availability, we provide the first baby cot free of charge.

If you need a second cot, an additional charge of €25 per night applies.

Please let us know when booking so we can prepare everything before your arrival.

No. The tourist tax charged by the Municipality of Baveno is not included and can be paid at check-in or check-out, as you prefer.

The amount is €2.00 per person per night, for up to 15 consecutive nights.

Residents and children under six years old (aged 0–5) are exempt.

The money collected is used to support local tourism.
